Source: https://unrivals.com/about Site: UNRIVALS · Language: en · Updated: 2026-08-27 > About UNRIVALS: mission, vision, values and principles. The growth system for companies that want to own their category. --- / About UNRIVALS is the growth system for companies that want to own their category — not compete on price. / Who we are ## The system behind the growth. We don't sell campaigns or hours. We build the architecture that makes growth predictable: positioning, system, coordinated execution. We own the layer that sits before ads and funnels — the one no one else handles cleanly: **what the market believes about you**. Strategy and coordination stay with us. Full-stack execution we orchestrate through a network of vetted partners, under a single point of strategic coordination. You get one growth partner, not five vendors to juggle. / Mission We build the commercial and cognitive architecture that lets companies grow predictably and come to own their category. We define what the market believes about you before you spend your first euro on marketing. / Vision A market where companies win through clarity and system, not by who shouts loudest or spends the most. UNRIVALS is the infrastructure that makes supremacy repeatable. / Values · what we believe ## Four things we don't negotiate. 01 ### Clarity / signal, not noise We lower the cognitive tax. You think less, understand faster, decide. An unclear brand charges a tax on every impression; we remove it. 02 ### Straight truth We say what matters, no sugarcoating. Including the uncomfortable truth, at the moment you can actually use it. Calm, but no detours. 03 ### Proof We distill, we don't summarize. Everything we claim comes from real data and sources, not assumptions. These values included: they came out of what we kept repeating, not what sounds good. 04 ### Foundation / gravity earned, not rented We build what compounds, not what evaporates. Money put into the right foundation stays as active memory. On disposable advertising, nothing remains. / Principles · how we work ## The rules we operate by. 01 ### Architecture before scale System and positioning first, acceleration only after. Marketing on a weak foundation burns money, however good it is. 02 ### We choose who we grow with We work with the ones we can take far. How you choose your clients is how you choose your future, so we filter from the start. 03 ### Cognition meets scale Strategy that's beautiful on paper is worth nothing until it becomes real growth. We translate thinking into execution that scales without losing coherence. / The two Architects ## Two architects. One system. Revenue Acceleration Architect ### [Daniel Ene](https://unrivals.com/daniel-ene) The growth engine: turns strategy into predictable growth, orchestrates execution, aligns the funnels, and scales without losing coherence. Commercial Strategy Architect ### [Daniel Roșca](https://unrivals.com/daniel-rosca) The cognitive foundation: positioning that makes the competition irrelevant, the decision map, the architecture of supremacy. The part that decides what the market believes about you. Without cognition, it would be chaotic growth. Without scale, it would be strategy that's beautiful on paper. Together: signal, not noise. ====================================================================== # ADF Source: https://unrivals.com/adf Site: UNRIVALS · Language: en · Updated: 2026-08-27 > A window manufacturer with 30 years and its own factory. The same brand, two ways of reaching the right person. / In short · why it worked ## The same numbers, a simple chain behind them. Clear positioning. The right ICP. A message written for the right person. That way people understand faster, hesitate less and reach a decision with less effort. And less effort means a **much lower cost of acquisition**. On top of that, a product brand built from zero — one that sticks in the mind and no longer has to be re-explained every single time. / The starting point · September 2025 ## On the market since 2009, stuck on a single channel. Cardio Clinic is a cardiology clinic in Bucharest, on the market since 2009. Medically, it's in great shape. On marketing, though, everything leaned on one channel: **Google Ads brought in over 90% of patients**. On paper it worked. In reality, the clinic had been at its ceiling for years: no matter how much the budget grew, the number of new patients stayed about the same. It's a fragile position. When everything depends on a single channel, the cost per patient keeps climbing and you're at the mercy of one platform. At some point, growth stops. The costs don't. / The diagnosis ## Everything that brought patients in was a single channel. More money in the same channel doesn't break the ceiling, it just makes it more expensive. What was missing was a multi-channel marketing strategy — one that creates interest in the clinic and real demand. That means people who come to Cardio Clinic because they know the brand and look for it, not just patients bought from ads, one at a time. / What we built · the system ## More channels, a single system. 01 ### Content built around what patients search for We started from real data: what people search for, the questions they ask, what hurts and what they want to find out. Search Console, Ahrefs and what the doctors see day in, day out. Content about their problems, not about what sounds good. 02 ### A content formula that lands / signal, not noise Symptom, question, clear answer. Short-form, video. Several passed a million views, a few went over two. Education that builds trust, not noise. 03 ### A presence across multiple channels Facebook, TikTok, YouTube: from near zero to millions of impressions a month. The clinic no longer depends on a single source of patients. 04 ### Google Ads written for the real person We rewrote the ads around what the patient feels and searches for. On the search campaigns: a higher click-through rate and a lower cost per conversion, even as the budget grew. 05 ### The brand that makes the decision easier People who already know your brand don't compare you from scratch. They need less convincing, decide faster and come back. More people who know you means a higher conversion rate and, over time, a lower cost of acquisition. / Verified figures · 2026 vs 2025 ## Results. +39% Revenue +57% Appointments +45% Calls +87% Investigations +50% New patients +52% Call conversion Source: the Cardio Clinic dashboard. Figures verified from the clinic's dashboard, the Google Ads (search) exports and the social media reports. / How it works · the mechanism ## Why a brand lowers the cost. A clear brand asks for less mental energy. The more easily the brain processes it, the faster the decision comes. And an easier decision costs less. ClarityThe brand is understood at first glance. MemoryIt stays in mind, not re-evaluated from scratch. OrientationThe person knows right away who they've reached. Less mental searchingNo more comparing, no more hunting for alternatives. TrustIt shows up sooner, with less convincing. ConversionThe decision comes with less effort. A lower cost of acquisition / Why this matters for you Cardio Clinic is a clinic, but the story repeats everywhere. If everything you sell comes from a single channel, or you win clients on price alone, a bigger budget fixes nothing. What you're missing is the system that brings clients in and makes you the first choice in their mind. We proved it in healthcare. It works the same in manufacturing, services or B2B: **first we build the system and the positioning, then we accelerate**. That way, growth no longer depends on who spends the most. / The next step ## Want to see what the system would look like for your business? Source: https://unrivals.com/ccroch Site: UNRIVALS · Language: en · Updated: 2026-08-27 > How we turned the official material of the Romania–China Chamber of Commerce into a passive lead channel, through a shared cultural code: Cucuteni and Yangshao. --- / Case study · Romania–China Chamber of Commerce # We turned a presentation material into a channel that sells itself. The Romania–China Chamber of Commerce and Industry has 28 years of relationships and a network of thousands of companies. One thing was missing: a reason for a decision-maker to stop. We built it into the DNA of their own material. / Win–win · why it works both ways ## Positioning before promotion. We did not make prettier PDFs. We gave the Chamber a reason to exist in the mind of the decision-maker, and from there everything else became easier to carry forward. 01 ### What the Chamber gains Leaner internal communication. Brand recognition and recall, a material that explains on its own who they are and why they matter, without a person having to make the case every time. 02 ### What UNRIVALS gains The strategic structure behind that communication stays ours. The Chamber's performance supports us passively, because every material they send carries the signature that built it. That is how the Chamber stopped competing as one more bilateral chamber and started owning a territory of its own: the cultural trust bridge between the two markets. / The material · proof that already circulates ## Two civilizations. The same DNA. Cucuteni in Romania. Yangshao in China. Two Neolithic cultures that, thousands of kilometers apart and with no contact between them, painted almost the same pottery. We used this bridge in both directions: the Cucuteni vessel opens the material for the Romanian audience, the Yangshao vessel closes it for the Chinese one. A decision-maker in Beijing sees at once that someone is speaking their language. ![Cover of the Romania–China Chamber of Commerce brochure: the Cucuteni vessel and the Yangshao vessel face to face.](https://unrivals.com/assets/ccroch/brosura-01-coperta-cucuteni-yangshao.jpg) ![Opening page: Romania. We changed the grammar. The Chamber was sending out materials that were correct and completely forgettable. The positioning read like bureaucracy: “we organize events and connect companies.” We went straight into the official brochure and rewrote the promise: **we build economic trust between two markets through a shared cultural code**. Same material, different function. From an institutional presentation it became an asset that travels on its own and brings people back to the source. / The starting point ## 28 years of relationships, zero differentiation. The Romania–China Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the channels through which Chinese companies enter Romania and Europe, and through which Romanian companies reach one of the largest markets in the world. The Cluj branch is one of the strongest in the country. The problem was how it presented itself, not the relationship itself. The materials looked like those of any other chamber of commerce: a correct PDF, full of information, that a decision-maker closes in three seconds. In a conversation where everything rides on trust, the material built no trust at all. / The diagnosis ## Heritage was treated as decoration. The strongest commercial relationships are built on trust, not on transactions, and trust needs a reason. The reason already existed, but nobody was using it: two peoples who, 7000 years ago, thought the same way about form, symbol and community. We took that heritage and pulled it out of the ornament zone. We turned it into a commercial argument: if we understood each other back then, without ever having met, we can understand each other now too. / What we built · the system ## A cultural code, put to work. 01 ### The Cucuteni × Yangshao bridge We placed the Romanian Neolithic vessel next to the Chinese one, almost identical after 7000 years. Out of that came the line that holds the whole material together: “Two civilizations, the same DNA. Continuity creates trust, trust builds the future.” 02 ### Bidirectional, on purpose / signal, not noise Cucuteni opens for the Romanian audience, Yangshao for the Chinese one. Each side recognizes itself in the material before reading a single word about business. That is how the first barrier in a negotiation falls: the cultural one. 03 ### The presentation brochure We rewrote the Chamber's identity from the first page: positioning, ecosystem, services, all under the same promise. A reason it matters, in place of a list of activities. 04 ### The Agri-Food Forum campaign The commercial moment, the protocols signed in Beijing that open Romanian agri-food exports to China, cast in the same language: from the memory of agriculture, toward lasting collaboration. 05 ### UNRIVALS DNA woven in quietly The rhombus, the rhythm, the visual system. Our signature lives inside the client's material without touching their brand. Those who know UNRIVALS recognize it. The rest feel it as order. / The mechanism · closed-loop ## A material that sells itself. This is where the material stops being communication and becomes a system. The Chamber sends it on because it makes them look flawless. And every time they send it, they distribute our brand too. The Chamber sends the materialIt uses it because it casts the Chamber in a good light in front of partners. The decision-maker stopsThey see the cultural bridge and react, instead of closing a PDF. They ask who built itThe signature leads to UNRIVALS. They reach the siteTheir first click once curiosity kicks in. They find the case studyThe very material that impressed them, explained here, on this page. The loop closes. A passive lead channel. The Chamber becomes, at the same time, client, distribution channel, credibility guarantor and passive lead generator. One single material does the work of all four. / The result · what is already true ## No numbers we can't stand behind. The case study is ongoing, so what we put here is what is already true, not invented percentages. 01 ### The materials already circulate The brochure and the forum campaign are being distributed by the Chamber to its partners, global corporations and Romanian brands in its network. The potential traffic exists from day one. 02 ### We became the official voice UNRIVALS is now the Chamber's communication partner. Our signature sits on its institutional materials. 03 ### Heritage works commercially A cultural code 7000 years old became a friction-reducing mechanism inside a real commercial negotiation. From decoration, into argument. / The campaign · Romania–China Agri-Food Forum ## The commercial moment, in the same language. The protocols signed in Beijing open Romanian agri-food exports to China. The forum is where that opportunity turns into a meeting, so we cast it in the same cultural code: from the memory of agriculture, toward lasting collaboration. The same bridge, applied to a piece of business that is happening right now. ![Campaign cover: Romania–China Agri-Food Forum, inspired by the continuity of the Cucuteni culture.](https://unrivals.com/assets/ccroch/forum-01-forumul-agroalimentar.jpg) ![Campaign page: Romania. Organizational details at [ccroch.ro](https://ccroch.ro). / Why this matters to you A chamber of commerce was the starting point, but the pattern repeats. If your materials are correct and completely forgettable, the problem is that nothing you send gives a person a reason to stop, not your promotion budget. We don't deliver strategy before marketing. Weak positioning. An offer the market does not understand on first read. Channels that never talk to each other. Execution that starts before strategy. This is where he comes in, before budgets and before campaigns, to connect the pieces into a system you can actually run. I connect strategy, data, AI and execution into one system that scales revenue. Predictably, not by luck. Daniel Ene / The path ## Five chapters, one thread. Each stage added a layer on top of the one before it, and today's layer contains all of them. **01**2010 → 2013 ATT Agency · Holosfind ### The trenches He started as a link builder, at the bottom of the food chain. Eight months learning how search actually works: links, technical discipline, competitive analysis, measurement. Then almost two years at Holosfind, where execution turned into consulting. **02**about 3 years Agile Media · Founder & CMO ### The system He built Agile Media, one of the first Romanian agencies founded on agile principles applied to marketing. He was thinking in systems and iterations long before “growth systems” became fashionable language. **03**about 3 years Moloso · SEO division ### The scale Alongside Cătălin Macovei and Daniel Slavenie, he built the SEO department and grew it to roughly 250,000 euro a year in about three years. This is where the difference showed up between a service you sell and a business line you run. **04**the public chapter Limitless Agency · CMO & Partner ### The visibility He created the Limitless SEO Agency direction out of Moloso and SEO Cupcake, having bought the limitless.ro domain before the rebrand. As CMO and partner he became one of the public voices of Romanian digital marketing, from GPeC and WebSummit Lisbon to Wall-Street.ro, Digi24, Bursa and ProTV. **05**2026 → today UNRIVALS® · Revenue Acceleration Architect ### The architecture Today he connects strategy, data, AI and execution into a single system. The revenue side of the methodology is his: funnel architecture, the data loop, execution orchestration, and scale that does not lose its coherence along the way. / What he builds ## Four parts, one structure. 01 · Revenue ### Revenue architecture Offer, funnel, pricing and conversion loops set into one structure, so every euro you spend has a clear path to revenue. 02 · Data ### Data and AI as infrastructure Measurement that tells the truth, plus an AI layer that holds the company's memory and the context of every client. Infrastructure, not a gadget producing content by the kilogram. 03 · Execution ### Execution orchestration A network of vetted partners coordinated from a single strategic point. You get one growth partner instead of five vendors you juggle yourself. 04 · Scale ### Scale without entropy The system grows without losing coherence, because the rules are written before the volume arrives and decisions stay traceable at every level. / Proof ## What a client's numbers show. ### Cardio Clinic, Bucharest A cardiology clinic with more than thirty physicians. The sales system is broken, and a broken system swallows any budget you put into it. Companies fall into price wars when the market has no clear reason to choose them. THE SYSTEM A commercial architecture that pulls you out of the price war and brings in clients at healthy margins, without spending an extra euro on ads. THE CHALLENGE You sell on features, blur into everyone else, and lose the big deals because the market doesn't understand what you actually are. THE SYSTEM You define the category buyers search for by your name, before the next round or the exit. Positioning the investor asks for too. THE CHALLENGE You sell clarity and strategy to others, but inside your own firm growth depends on relationships and on how hard you personally hustle. THE SYSTEM You move from billing by the hour to pricing on value, and build the firm that sells on its own, not the founder who sells around the clock. [Request a diagnostic](#diagnostic) / OBJECTIONS ## The questions we get most often Who is UNRIVALS for? For founders and CEOs of B2B companies between 3 and 30 million euros who want a predictable commercial system, not another campaign. Especially if everything runs through you or you compete on price while margins thin out. Isn't €4,997 a month too much? It replaces two external firms and a senior hire with a single point of strategic coordination. It's cost consolidation, not added cost. I've already worked with marketing firms and it didn't work. Because you bought execution. We start from the strategic decision and the positioning. Execution comes after, coordinated coherently. Marketing doesn't apply in our industry. Marketing maybe not, but positioning does. The more technical the offer, the more it matters how the person who signs the contract understands it. We already have an in-house marketer. Good. They execute. We build the layer that comes before execution, which they then put into practice. We don't replace them, we give them direction. When do I see results? In the first weeks we build the architecture. Then the first new decisions show up in the pipeline. Predictability sets in over time, with metrics at every stage. I don't trust consultants. Fair. That's why we start with a diagnostic and a qualification filter, not with promises. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you straight. How are you different from a marketing agency? An agency delivers execution: ads, posts, campaigns. We build positioning and the system that gives execution its meaning first. We start from architecture, not tactics. What does a growth system mean? It connects positioning, demand generation, sales and measurement into one mechanism that compounds. Isolated campaigns bring attention that disappears when you stop the budget; the system stays and grows month after month. Do you work with companies under 3 million euros? As a rule, no. Below this threshold, investing in a full system would cannibalize the budget instead of multiplying it. We'd rather be honest from the start. / CONVERSION ## Request a strategic diagnostic. A few qualifying questions, then a strategy call. No magic promises. At the end, you decide whether we go further. - We reply only if you're a fit for the system. - We talk through your numbers, not theory. - No obligation after the call. Just brand architecture. Infosan holds real medical authority. The problem is that this authority stays diffuse exactly where the pediatric communication turns generic. That is where KlariKid was born. Architecture The intervention Not rebranding KlariKid Product brand Pediatric category ABM National rollout In implementation / The starting point ## A strong brand, a communication that doesn't accumulate. The clinical infrastructure is there. The expertise is there. The trust is there. When the clinic communicates every message about children directly, the messages stay accurate but turn generic: eye exams, consultations, myopia, appointments. The parent sees the ad, maybe clicks, maybe books an appointment. But almost nothing sticks over time. The ad delivers an immediate result without building brand or category memory. **This is a brand-architecture problem, and the look of the ad has nothing to do with it.** / What's running now · live on Meta ## Today's ads, accurate and generic. These are running right now in Infosan's Meta account. They are clean and well made. They communicate directly, under the parent brand, each message on its own. They bring in appointments, but every ad starts from zero in the parent's mind, without leaving a trace that adds up. ![Infosan ad live on Meta:](https://unrivals.com/assets/infosan-klarikid/live-scoala.webp) / "Your child deserves to see the world fully" ![Infosan ad live on Meta:](https://unrivals.com/assets/infosan-klarikid/live-echipa.webp) / "Eye care starts in the first days of life" ![Infosan ad live on Meta:](https://unrivals.com/assets/infosan-klarikid/live-dezvoltare.webp) / "Healthy sight, healthy development" ![Infosan ad live on Meta:](https://unrivals.com/assets/infosan-klarikid/live-strabism.webp) / "Strabismus surgery performed with precision" Source: Meta Ad Library, Infosan page. Left: the version running now. Right: the same ad, under the KlariKid brand category. / The solution · brand architecture ## Infosan stays the authority. KlariKid becomes the pediatric interface. Infosan stays the clinical guarantee: the expertise, the infrastructure, the diagnosis. KlariKid becomes the category through which that authority reaches parents and children more clearly, without undermining its credibility. The model already exists internationally. Hoya built MiYOSMART on the same logic: the product sells myopia-progression control, the parent brand keeps the technical authority. Essilor has Stellest. CooperVision has MiSight. The product brand owns the category in the consumer's mind, while the parent company stays behind it as the guarantee. **KlariKid goes one step further, through a character.** A figure that explains, normalizes, and stays in the child's memory before the parent even reaches the decision to book. / KlariKid · a system, not a mascot ## A character that lowers friction. The mascot is a strategic element, not a graphic accessory. A child's eyesight is a serious medical topic, but one with a difficult emotional side. The child may refuse glasses, may reject the exam, may fear that the class will laugh. KlariKid steps in right here. The parent has an easier conversation. The character explains, normalizes, and turns the diagnosis into a story the child accepts. Resistance drops in the child, hesitation in the parent, and adherence to the medical recommendation rises. ![KlariKid identity: the mascot and the KlariKid logotype, See clearly. KlariKid becomes the platform through which Infosan builds partnerships with the organizations that concentrate exactly the relevant audience. The message is education and prevention, not direct selling. 01 ### Pediatric offices and family doctors The point of highest trust on the parent's path. KlariKid doesn't compete with the pediatrician, it complements them: co-branded materials, a recommendation for vision screening, presence in the waiting room. 02 ### Kindergartens and private schools The format is educational, a screening program or a workshop for parents, led by an Infosan doctor. The mascot makes the presence memorable for the child, and so for the parent too. 03 ### Companies with family benefits HR becomes the point of contact. KlariKid enters as a family benefit: screening for employees' children, an internal announcement. Visibility for the company in return. 04 ### Digital parent communities The groups where decisions about a child's health are made through word of mouth. KlariKid builds presence through useful content, without paid posts. / Implementation · in layers ## Today's performance. Tomorrow's efficiency. The change doesn't happen all at once. The activation ads keep running, for immediate appointments. In parallel, KlariKid builds brand memory and the partnerships. StabilizationThe current ads keep running, for immediate appointments. Integration into performanceThe ads move into a system logic, they no longer work in isolation. ABM expansionPartnerships with kindergartens, schools, offices, companies. Cumulative commercial efficiency The architecture has been accepted in principle by the client. The process is in implementation. / Why it matters Rebranding attacks the identity of an organization that already works. Brand architecture leaves intact what works and organizes what doesn't accumulate. Infosan needed its medical authority organized into a memorable pediatric category, and KlariKid does exactly that. The story repeats beyond ophthalmology. We built a central brand attribute — **Continuity** (from industrial heritage to a digital future) and scaled it across several levels: regional brand (Ținutul Momârlanilor), county (Hunedoara) and international (through ABM Travel / TECH via KING TRAVEL ROMANIA). **Signal. Not Noise** — a single, unified story that turns the industrial transition into a competitive advantage for experiential tourism and tech investment. / The starting point ## A region defined only by its mining past. Valea Jiului / Hunedoara — a region with a strong industrial tradition, but facing post-coal economic decline, population loss and a fragmented image. There was rich heritage (mountain landscape, cultural legacy, a strategic geographic position as the **Southern Gateway to Transylvania**), but the promotion was tactical and local, with no scalable brand architecture. The region risked staying defined by its mining past alone. / The diagnosis ## Local initiatives, with no common strategic thread. What was missing was a coherent regional brand with international appeal. Fragmentation: local initiatives with no common strategic thread. A largely negative image, tied to the industrial transition. Untapped tourism and technology potential (strategic geography, energy infrastructure, digital opportunities) and a reliance on sporadic domestic tourism, with no structured inbound packages. / What we built · the system ## A single attribute, scaled across several levels. 01 ### Regional brand · Ținutul Momârlanilor Anchored in authentic local identity and continuity. Investment and sustainable growth / Why this matters for you Whether you're a DMO, a local authority, a regional developer or an entrepreneur in tourism, services or technology — the logic carries over. If you have a territory, a destination or a business with strong roots, but a fragmented image and untapped potential in transition, big advertising budgets don't fix the lack of a system. What you're missing is the **strategic brand architecture + ABM** that turns identity into a global competitive advantage. We've shown it in Place Branding at regional scale (Ținutul Momârlanilor → Hunedoara) and ABM Travel (KING TRAVEL ROMANIA). Source: https://unrivals.com/sky-group Site: UNRIVALS · Language: en · Updated: 2026-08-27 > How we pulled SKY GROUP out of a -15%/year decline, with no bigger budget: sales up 39% in the first 3 months, a B2B department built from zero, an alliance of 45 resellers. --- / Case study · SKY GROUP # Growth from the system, not from bigger budgets. SKY GROUP was losing 15% of its sales every year and had no B2B department. In the first 3 months of working together, we changed the direction. +39% Sales first 3 months vs prior year −15%→0 Annual decline wiped out trend turned positive +45 Resellers new strategic alliance / In short · why it worked ## Predictability comes from the system, not from discounts. We started by segmenting the client portfolio into four clear types. For each segment we set specific sales targets and built a different negotiation strategy. We motivated the team by removing the **commission cap**, which put an end to the month-to-month swings. Predictability doesn't come from pricier ads or discounts handed out at random. It comes from a **commercial system that works no matter who's on the team** and doesn't hang on a single type of client. / The starting point · when we began ## National coverage, but in steady decline. SKY GROUP is a hardware distributor with more than **800 resellers** nationwide and revenue of **€6 million**. A proven business, but one sliding into a steady decline: **−15% a year**. The company had no dedicated department for B2B sales to Enterprise end users. The full weight fell on small and mid-size resellers, and the reliance on the banking system left the business badly exposed. On paper, there was national coverage. In reality, no one had a clear picture of the portfolio: who buys, how much, when and why. The decline was starting to feel normal. / The diagnosis ## No major clients, no clear plan to win them. Monthly sales swung up and down. The team would hit a commission cap and stop. There was no negotiation strategy tailored to client types, and discounts were applied uniformly, with no link to each reseller's volume or potential. Worse, the company had no structure to attract and keep strategic accounts. With no B2B department, no one was talking directly to the large end users. **They won clients at random, one at a time, through resellers**, without building any relationships of their own. / What we built · the system ## A commercial system, not a bigger discount. 01 ### Segmenting the portfolio and the client profiles We analyzed every one of the 800+ resellers and built four clear client types. For each, we defined buying power, payment behavior, growth potential and decision type. 02 ### A negotiation strategy for each profile Different negotiation scenarios: small resellers → straightforward discount, standard terms. Large resellers → benefit packages (volume discount, extended terms, longer warranty, free service). Strategic accounts → the importer steps in directly to support the reseller. 03 ### A B2B department built from zero We built a dedicated team to sell directly to Enterprise end users. Training applied from day one: how to spot a major client, how to build the offer, how to negotiate for the long term. 04 ### Commission cap removed We took the ceiling off the sales team's commission. The result: monthly sales stopped swinging and became steady. People started pushing upward without stopping. 05 ### Training and coaching at executive level Sales and leadership training for the entire commercial team, middle management and top management. Plus executive coaching for one of the shareholders, to support the shift in the internal climate. 06 ### A strategic alliance with a group of resellers We identified a group of 45 resellers buying through a single entity. We negotiated a direct partnership with that entity and turned it into a strategic client. / Verified figures · first 3 months ## Results. +39% Sales vs prior year 0% Decline (down from −15%) 45 Resellers · 1 strategic client 4 Client types 800+ Resellers analyzed B2B New department, up and running Source: the client's internal reporting. Comparison of the last 3 months before working together vs the first 3 months of working together. / Beyond the numbers · Cancer Free Enterprise ## An invisible problem in the hardware industry. Alongside the commercial overhaul, we also took on the presence of **DecaBDE** (decabromodiphenyl ether) in electronic equipment — a flame retardant used in printers, computer casings and plastic components, linked by medical studies to cancer risk and to effects on the endocrine system. In laser printers, the fuser temperature reaches 160–220°C. Under certain conditions, materials containing DecaBDE can become unstable. Staff in service shops, repair centers, IT departments and logistics are the most exposed — often without knowing it. 01 ### Identify Working with the client, we identified the equipment in the workflow that could contain DecaBDE. 02 ### Replace We replaced the risky materials in the service centers and in day-to-day operations. 03 ### Procurement policy We put in place an internal policy that prioritizes equipment certified "DecaBDE-free." 04 ### Training We trained the technical and administrative teams to recognize chemical risks in the office environment and in operational areas. The result isn't just a safer workplace. It's a clear stance: **the company doesn't leave its people exposed to invisible risks**. And for clients looking for responsible partners, it's a strong signal of trust. A business that grows sustainably isn't only about bigger numbers — it's also about caring for the people on the inside. / In detail · what changed ## Three areas, the same system. ↗ ### Sales to resellers Discounts tied to volume thresholds · differentiated benefits (payment terms, warranty, service) · negotiation adapted to each client type. ↗ ### B2B sales (Enterprise) A new department, trained and active · direct quoting to large end users · relationships that no longer depend on middlemen. ↗ ### Management and team Sales training completed · coaching process in place · an internal climate built around performance. / Why the system works, not the budget ## The more precisely the team knows, the more predictable it gets. A clear commercial system smooths out the swings. The more precisely the team knows who it's selling to, how to negotiate and what to offer, the more predictable the results become. ClarityEvery salesperson knows which client type they're focused on. MotivationNo cap, no artificial ceiling. DifferentiationOffers matched to the profile, not a one-size-fits-all discount. PredictabilitySteady monthly sales, not spikes and crashes. Growth that no longer rides on luck / Why this matters for you SKY GROUP is an IT distributor, but the story repeats across dozens of industries. If your sales swing, you depend on the same small clients, you have no clear sales structure by segment, or you feel you've hit a ceiling — a bigger budget fixes nothing. What you're missing is the system that brings predictable growth. We proved it in hardware. **It works the same in services, manufacturing or distribution: first we build the system and the positioning, then we accelerate.** / The next step ## Want to see what the system would look like for your business? The math of the ceiling and the way out through positioning. --- UNRIVALS™ Strategy. System. Growth. Growth diagnostic Furniture online · ~€10M / year The volume is real. You run the ads yourself. And yet growth has stalled. Let's look at why — and where the way out is. Your numbers, on the table ## You've built a machine that genuinely sells. ~€10M revenue per year. The product and the execution work. 7→11% ad cost as a share of revenue. It was 7%. Now it's climbing. €1M+ spent on ads so far. You run the campaigns yourself. 700 kitchens sold in 2 months. You sell on volume, on impulse. What's actually happening ## You don't have an execution problem. You've hit a ceiling. **You've run the ad machine to its limit.** You run the campaigns yourself, over €1M spent, you held cost at 7%. Few companies get there. The trouble is that from this level, there's not much left to optimize. The next leu of growth costs more than the one before it. **7→11%***and rising, however much you optimize* **The cost is rising, but not because you're doing anything wrong.** The auction is getting more expensive for everyone. And when your only argument is price and free shipping, you have nothing to stop it with. That's why 7% became 11%. It isn't a setting to fix — it's structural. **structural***not solvable through ads* The math no one has done ## What the jump from 7 to 11% actually costs you. **You're paying €400,000 more per year. For exactly the same sales.** 7% of 10M = €700,000. 11% = €1,100,000. The difference doesn't bring you a single new customer — it's the monthly rent on having no brand, paid into the Meta auction. **+€400K***per year, zero new revenue* **Acquisition cost didn't rise by 4%. It rose by 57%.** And it isn't the 11% average that stops you from scaling — it's the marginal cost: the cheap audiences are used up, every new customer above the ceiling costs even more. That's why the machine runs flat out, but the growth is unprofitable. **+57%***cost per customer* Where it really hurts ## The hit isn't to revenue. It's to profit. At a typical online-furniture margin with free shipping (~15–20% after costs), the jump from 7 to 11% doesn't eat **4% of revenue** — it eats around **a third of your profit**. At constant sales. That's why you work just as hard and less ends up in the bank. The real question: does it bother you that you're not growing — or that profit is dropping while you sell the same? The uncomfortable truth ## €10M in revenue. And zero demand of your own. **All your demand is rented from Meta.** You sell on impulse, off cold ads. The day you turn the ads off, sales trend toward zero. The asset that makes you money — the demand — isn't yours. It belongs to the platform. You're building revenue, not a brand with value. **0***demand that comes without paying* **Furniture is bought once every 5–10 years.** You can't amortize the cost over repeat purchases, the way a consumables store does. With low frequency + a fighting price, fully paid acquisition is the hardest form of growth there is. **1×***every 5–10 years / customer* The market at a glance ## You're all playing the exact same game. DeltaMob ### Discount. Free shipping. Urgency. The same deals-store pattern. No trace of a brand or a story. Casa Neciu ### "Straight from the manufacturer." It has a good argument — but it plays it as a lower price, not as a brand. Mobalex ### A brand named after the founder. The closest thing to a brand. And still, the same discount recipe. No one has stepped out of the price battle. Wizmag included. And that's exactly why the brand space is empty — someone can take it. Why a bigger agency doesn't solve this ## More ads = the same ceiling, with a bigger budget. **A performance agency does more of what you already do.** More campaigns, finer media buying, more creative. But on the same ground: price and auction. The ceiling stays where it is — you just hit it faster, with more money. **Past a certain point, the ads stop making the difference.** The brand does. The positioning. The reason someone picks Wizmag and stops checking three more prices. That's a different discipline from optimizing campaigns. Where the way out is ## Three things that pull you out of the price war. ### Pricing power When the reason to buy is the brand, not the price, your margin isn't taken by the first competitor who cuts 5%. ### Brand demand People search for "Wizmag", not "cheap bedroom". That demand isn't bought at auction. It comes to you. ### Your own category Not the cheapest furniture store. The furniture brand people remember. You step out of the comparison, you don't win it. The next step ## This is a founder conversation, not a campaign one. What you've seen here is the surface slice, viewed from the outside in a few hours. **The full picture** — where the brand gets built, what the positioning that pulls you out of the price war looks like, what concretely moves the number — deserves a serious conversation. No pitch. We look together at whether it makes sense to go further. Daniel Ene · UNRIVALS™ · [daniel@unrivals.com](mailto:daniel@unrivals.com) · unrivals.com UNRIVALS™ · Signal.
