Daniel Roșca.
Twenty years in sales, marketing and business development, a good part of it spent inside companies that were growing slowly or losing ground. His thesis fits in four words. No system, no scale.
What a turnaround leaves behind.

A small budget is not the problem. The sales system is broken, and a broken system swallows any budget you put into it.
Companies fall into price wars when the market has no clear reason to choose them. So he starts from positioning and commercial architecture, then works down into the funnel, into lead qualification, and into how the sales team actually spends its day. Strategy that stays on paper produces nothing, because strategy without execution is hallucination.
I help companies escape price competition and build clear, differentiated positioning with predictable growth.
Daniel Roșca
From the field, into architecture.
He learned selling from the ground up, then ran regions, then stepped into companies as interim management when they needed a change of direction rather than another campaign.
The sales school
Six years in middle management sales roles, as Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, across print, television and distribution. The years where he learned how a sales pipeline is built out of people rather than slides.
The region
Regional Corporate Sales Manager. He moved the B2B sales team from a farming approach to a hunting strategy, ran the region's P&L with a team of fifteen professionals, and exceeded financial targets. The first year delivered 22% sales growth, with a further 15% from cross-selling and up-selling, while a rewritten pricing policy lifted margins by 7%.
The turnaround
Interim B2B Marketing Manager. He rebuilt the B2B sales strategy, applied turnaround management to the strategic accounts department, and negotiated long-term contracts directly. Strategic partnerships delivered 15% revenue growth.
The efficiency
Interim Marketing Manager. He cut 20% of marketing costs at the same effectiveness and launched the WEB3 GENESYS portal, with blockchain and gaming components. He led SEO, content and social.
The regional brand
Interim CMO at the destination management organisation. He created the regional tourism and traditional products brand from scratch, with a team of six plus agencies and external suppliers. He built partnerships with travel agencies, local authorities and investors, and ran the events that put the brand in front of its audience.
The global platform
Interim Marketing Manager for a global digital visa platform and for the TravelRox travel brand. He leads marketing vision, RevOps and strategy, with a remote team of twelve professionals across the United States, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India and Portugal.
The thread that connects everything
Sixteen years of consulting running in parallel with the interim roles, across B2B and B2C clients. They include Orange B2C Romcom, Barrier Romania, BIBUS SES, Siemens LOW Energy, Schwarz Group, Green Future, reStart Energy, D'ORA PRONAT, HELIOS, Euro Electric, CEDRU, Ultramarin, Hedone and Thesaurus.
The cognitive foundation
Today he builds the strategic layer of the UNRIVALS methodology: the positioning that makes competition irrelevant, the decision map, and the architecture of supremacy. The part that decides what the market believes about you before you spend the first euro on marketing.
Three layers, one logic.
- UNRIVALS™ framework
- Symbolic branding
- Heritage integration
- Market differentiation
- Competitive architecture
- B2B sales systems
- Turnaround management
- Business transformation
- RevOps leadership
- Growth architecture

Positioning at ecosystem scale.
Commercial transformation
Strategic positioning architecture for industrial B2B. The road from commodity provider to systems integrator, through framework-based differentiation rather than promises.
An umbrella for local entrepreneurs
Cultural heritage turned into strategic positioning. Archaeological heritage enters as commercial architecture, not as a nostalgic story pasted over a product.
These programmes belong to Daniel Roșca's own line of work and run alongside the UNRIVALS methodology, not inside client deliverables.
Engineering first, then economics.
Master's degree
Economic training layered on top of a technical base, which is exactly the combination that lets him read the production flow and the money flow at the same time.
Bachelor's degree in electronics
Systems thinking comes from here. A circuit is designed before it is built, and a company runs on the same rule.
Cognition and scale, together.
UNRIVALS stands on two architects. One sets what the market believes about you, the other turns that position into growth you can run. Without cognition it would be chaotic growth. Without scale it would be beautiful strategy on paper.
