UNRIVALS is the business audit and strategy partner of the forum “Transformation of Global Industrial Ecosystems”, organized on 20 October 2026 at the Mercure Sibiu Arsenal Hotel in Sibiu, Romania.
We invite you to the Sibiu conference, presented within the ecosystem of the Romania–China Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cluj-Napoca branch, in a context where financial analysis, transactions, industrial infrastructure and commercial repositioning must be analyzed together.
Our partners, CCROCH and Culda Partners, bring together in the same setting access to commercial and international ecosystems and, respectively, financial, valuation, audit and mergers and acquisitions expertise.
Emil Culda, managing partner of Culda Partners, is one of the speakers we especially recommend. His professional path brings together almost five decades of financial expertise and consulting, from Tehnofrig and Coopers & Lybrand to PwC, CAFR and Culda Partners.
The event starts from the idea that the world is not deglobalizing but reorganizing its global value chains, with a focus on the impact of these transformations on Romanian and local manufacturers.
UNRIVALS contributes expertise in commercial and cognitive strategy, especially in the field of industrial transformation, positioning and growth systems supported by artificial intelligence.

The forum’s strategy and its link to the UNRIVALS team
UNRIVALS positions itself as a growth system for companies, usually founders and entrepreneurs with revenues between 3 and 30 million euros, who aim to own a category and get out of competing on price alone.
The core principles include:
- Architecture before scale: positioning, perception and systems must be built before growth is accelerated.
- Cognition before noise: market perception and decision maps must be defined before investments in marketing and advertising.
- Layered operating model:
- The cognitive decision system: positioning, brand architecture and category design;
- The commercial growth system: go-to-market strategy, revenue operations and processes, metrics and measurement;
- The AI brain: SIGNAL, a decision engine that connects strategy with execution and with feedback loops.
The tools and approaches used include account-based marketing (ABM), the fractional CMO model combined with growth services, including the “ONE” model, limited to a single client in each industry, Blue Ocean positioning and artificial intelligence elements such as GENESYS AI and SIGNAL.
The strategic framework promoted by UNRIVALS also includes the “Switzerland of data” concept, Romanian industrial and heritage narratives, including references to the Cucuteni culture, as well as supporting local manufacturers in navigating the reorganization of supply chains and Asian industrial investment.
In the context of the forum, this perspective aligns with the panels dedicated to technology, geopolitics and supply chains, Asian industrial investment and the local ecosystem, as well as structural changes in Romanian factories.
UNRIVALS is an official partner in the “Business audit and strategy partners” category.
